1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Simply Staffed website and our staffing services. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

Simply Staffed Ltd is registered in England and Wales. Our registered address is 59 Castle Street, Reading, RG1 7SN.

2. Our services

Simply Staffed provides remote staffing solutions for property professionals. Our services include:

  • Placement Only: we source, screen and present pre-vetted remote assistant candidates. You manage the assistant directly and pay their hourly rate. A one-off placement fee applies.
  • Full Service: we provide a fully managed staffing solution including candidate sourcing, property-specific training, ongoing HR management, performance reviews, payroll handling and a dedicated client success manager. A monthly management fee applies plus the assistant's hourly rate.

3. Eligibility

Our services are available to businesses and individuals aged 18 or over who are operating in the United Kingdom. By engaging our services, you confirm that you have the authority to enter into a binding agreement.

4. Enquiries & discovery calls

Enquiries submitted via our website or through third-party forms (e.g. Typeform) are non-binding expressions of interest. A discovery call is a free, no-obligation consultation. No contractual commitment arises until a formal service agreement is signed by both parties.

5. Fees & payment

All fees are set out clearly before any agreement is signed. Current pricing is displayed on our website but may be subject to change. Key terms:

  • Placement fees are payable upon successful candidate placement
  • Monthly management fees (Full Service) are invoiced monthly in advance
  • Remote assistant hourly rates are billed based on tracked working hours
  • All fees are quoted in GBP and are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise

6. Cancellation & termination

Our Full Service operates on a rolling month-to-month basis. You may cancel at any time by providing written notice before the start of the next billing period. Placement Only fees are non-refundable once a candidate has been successfully placed.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services if you breach these Terms, fail to make payment, or engage in conduct that is harmful to our staff or business.

7. Staff replacement guarantee

If you are dissatisfied with a placed remote assistant, we will provide a replacement at no additional placement cost, subject to the terms of your service agreement. The replacement guarantee does not apply where termination results from changes to your business requirements unrelated to the assistant's performance.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images and software — is the property of Simply Staffed Ltd or its licensors and is protected by UK and international copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from any content without our written consent.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Our total liability in connection with our services shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim
  • We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages
  • We do not guarantee specific business outcomes from the use of our staffing services

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of our engagement. This obligation survives termination of the service agreement.

11. Non-solicitation

During the term of your service agreement and for 12 months after termination, you agree not to directly engage, hire or solicit any remote assistant introduced to you by Simply Staffed outside of our platform, unless agreed in writing.

12. Website use

You agree to use our website lawfully and not to:

  • Use the site in any way that breaches applicable law or regulation
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its systems
  • Transmit any harmful code, viruses or malicious data
  • Scrape, copy or republish website content without permission

13. Third-party links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices or availability of those sites. Inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated to active clients directly.
